Where Proptix.ai tools are provided within or alongside Enterprisecircle.ai, we may disclose personal information (such as your name, email, account identifiers, membership status, and support communications) to Progentix Limited to provision access, authenticate users, provide support, and administer the integrated services. Progentix Limited may also disclose relevant account, usage, and support information back to us where necessary for member administration, support, and service delivery.

Model Training: We do not use your Customer Content to train or improve foundation models for unrelated products without your consent. We may use anonymised and aggregated usage data to improve Service performance and security.
By submitting, posting, or displaying content through our app, you grant LandWise Property Group, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content as necessary to operate the service.
You agree not to post any content that is unlawful, abusive, offensive, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.
We may also suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be engaging in abusive or harmful behavior.
Users can report inappropriate content or behavior through the app, and we are committed to reviewing all reports and taking action within 24 hours.
